By downloading or using Yoki (“the Software”) or accessing yoki.run (“the Website”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or Website.

Yoki is a desktop launcher for Windows that provides quick access to tools including app search, calculations, clipboard management, translation, and more. The Website provides account management, downloads, and subscription services. Pro users may sync app settings to the cloud for cross-device access.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You may sign up with email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Yoki offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro features are listed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing or features with reasonable notice.

Yoki and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The Software is licensed, not sold.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Software is not yet code-signed; browser and OS warnings during download are expected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or Website.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Website.
